How do you get a Pinnacle Weimaraner puppy? This is a great question and a common one. The process starts out with us getting to know you! We need to get to know you and your family, your lifestyle, and your goals for your puppy. This helps us to match you with the puppy that best meets you and your family’s needs. For example, some people want to compete in conformation events so this family will need to commit a show puppy. Others may want to explore competition in field work so they will need a more driven, environmentally focused puppy, a different kind of commitment than a show dog. There are also a few puppies in every litter that are placed with families wanting companion or pet only puppies. These puppies come with limited registration and cannot be bred. There are zero competition expectations for our companion pups. 

The best way for us to get to know you is by filling out an application for new puppy placement. This will not only help us gain insight as to what you are looking for in a puppy but also places you on the next litter’s interest list. No money is due until pregnancy is confirmed by ultrasound. At that time a 50% deposit is required. If for some reason, you change your mind or if there is not a puppy available for you, that deposit is fully refundable. We will simply offer that puppy to the next person in line. The only thing we ask is that you notify us as soon as you know so that we can get another family prepared in time to bring a puppy home.
